Yes. New accounts receive 54 welcome credits without a card. Use them to try the AI models before choosing a paid option. Camera preview is free, and welcome credits do not expire. The amount of AI time depends on your selected model; compare rates above.

A subscription renews and supplies credits each month. A one-time pack is a single purchase with credits that never expire. A member top-up is a separate, non-renewing purchase available to eligible active Pro and Max subscribers, with credits valid for 90 days. Basic subscribers can buy permanent packs.

You pay the annual total at checkout and receive 12 monthly credit grants. The first grant arrives after payment, with the remaining grants issued monthly. You do not receive the entire year’s credits at once. Each grant lasts 60 days from issuance.

Subscription credits remain usable for 60 days from each grant, so an unused balance can carry into the next month until that batch expires. Member top-ups last 90 days. Permanent packs and welcome credits do not expire. Credits with the earliest expiry are spent first; a new purchase does not extend an older batch’s expiry.

Yes. Your balance is shared across available models for Face Swap, Restyle and Try-On. Each model deducts credits at its displayed rate, regardless of which plan supplied the credits. Choosing a larger plan increases your credit allowance; it does not change the model’s credit consumption per second. Your effective cost per minute depends on the price paid for those credits, as shown in the estimator above.

The studio reserves credits from your available balance to cover live AI usage. You do not need to choose a time limit. This reservation is not the final charge. When the session ends, recorded billable usage determines the charge and unused reserved credits are released after settlement. Confirmation may take time, so a session can temporarily show a pending balance. Starting XMAX 2.0 requires at least 18 credits for 30 seconds. Lucy 2.5 and VTON require 36 credits; Lucy Restyle requires 18 credits, each covering 10 seconds. These minimums are checked before starting; running sessions can use their remaining budget.

No. Live AI continues to use credits after you stop recording. Choose Stop AI to end the AI session. You can then review, trim and download saved clips without additional AI usage. Keep this tab open until you have downloaded the clips you want to keep.

Buying a new plan adds another subscription. Your existing subscription keeps renewing until you cancel its renewal. Each has its own payments, renewal date and monthly credit grants, all added to your shared balance.

If you want to move to another plan, cancel renewal of the original in your subscriptions and choose when to buy the new one. Your original prepaid grants continue as described below. For extra credits without another subscription, choose a permanent pack or an eligible member top-up.

Canceling stops future renewals. Credits already issued remain usable until their expiry. If you prepaid for an annual plan, your remaining prepaid monthly grants continue. Cancellation does not automatically refund the current billing period. You can manage renewal in your subscriptions.

Refunds may be available for duplicate or incorrect charges, purchases not delivered after payment verification, or major service failures, as set out in our Refund Policy. Canceling renewal does not automatically refund a payment. Successfully used credits and subjective dissatisfaction with a delivered AI effect are generally not refundable; applicable consumer rights still apply. To request a review, contact support within 14 days of the purchase or issue with your account email, payment reference and a description of the problem.

Check the payment confirmation and your credit history while signed in to the account used for the purchase. Credits are added after payment verification. For an annual plan, expect the first monthly grant, not the full year’s allowance. If a confirmed payment still has no matching grant, contact support with your account email, order ID or payment reference, purchase time and amount. Avoid purchasing again just to retry delivery: a second purchase can create a separate charge or subscription.

Check the session in your credit history. Reserved credits can remain pending until the session’s end and billable usage are confirmed. Unused reserved credits are released after settlement. If the final charge still looks incorrect, contact support with your account email and the approximate session time so we can review the records. Restoring credits is separate from a cash refund. Stopping a recording or not saving a clip does not reverse AI usage already delivered.
