Overview

Live Face Swap uses information to provide live AI video effects, manage accounts and payments, prevent abuse, and operate the website.

Information You Provide

• Reference images and live video: starting an AI session sends your selected reference and camera video to the selected AI provider for processing. Your browser asks for camera permission before camera access.
• Recordings and audio: recorded clips are held temporarily in the studio tab for review, trimming, and download. Microphone audio is included when you enable it and grant permission. These recordings are not saved to a server-side clip library by the studio.
• Account information: name, email address, avatar, authentication provider, and settings when you sign in.
• Payment information: checkout, order, and subscription metadata from payment processors. We do not store full payment card numbers.
• Support and newsletter information: email address, messages, and subscription preferences.

Information Collected Automatically

• IP address, user agent, approximate location, and logs.
• Device, browser, page view, referral, and usage data.
• Session identifiers, selected models, timing, usage, credit reservations, and settlement records.
• Signup abuse-prevention signals, including visitor context and browser fingerprint information, to assess eligibility for welcome credits and prevent repeated claims.
• Cookies needed for authentication, security, preferences, analytics, and payment flows.

How We Use Information

• Process reference images and camera video to produce the selected face swap, restyle, or try-on effect.
• Provide previews, processed results, and downloads.
• Manage accounts, credits, purchases, and support requests.
• Prevent fraud, spam, abuse, and unauthorized access.
• Improve reliability, performance, and user experience.
• Send product updates or newsletter emails only where permitted by your preferences and applicable law.

Service Providers

We may use providers for hosting, database storage, authentication, payments, email, analytics, abuse prevention, file storage, and AI model access. These providers process information according to their applicable service terms.

The service uses Stripe for payments and may use Resend for email and Cloudflare R2 for site assets. AI processing uses Decart or XMAX according to the selected model. Reference images may be uploaded to provider storage, and live video is transmitted through the provider connection.

Data Retention

Reference-library photos are saved in your browser for reuse. Removing a photo from the library removes the local copy, not a copy already sent to an AI provider. Undownloaded recordings disappear when you refresh or close the studio tab; downloaded files remain on your device.

Ending a session does not guarantee deletion of provider-side data. Provider retention, deletion, and use for model training depend on the applicable provider terms; we do not promise a fixed deletion deadline or exclusion from training. Account, session, order, credit, and abuse-prevention records may be retained as needed for service operation, support, security, accounting, and legal obligations.

Your Choices

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information where applicable. Some records may need to be retained for fraud prevention, accounting, or legal compliance.
