Results depend on your reference image, lighting, movement, selected model, connection, and browser. We do not guarantee an exact likeness, uninterrupted real-time performance, or artifact-free output.
AI sessions require an account and available credits. The selected model rate and session limit are shown before you start. Credits are reserved for the session and settled using recorded usage; unused reservations are released after settlement. Stopping a recording does not stop the AI preview. End the AI session to stop further generation. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices, credit amounts, and included features are shown before checkout. Refunds are handled under our refund policy and applicable law.
You must have permission to use the reference images, faces, camera footage, and audio you submit or record. Do not use the service for deceptive impersonation, fraud, harassment, or non-consensual intimate content. You are responsible for your inputs and for how you present and share generated video.
You remain responsible for confirming that your use of any generated result is lawful and does not infringe the rights of another person. Any rights in an AI-generated result depend on applicable law and third-party rights. Results may not be unique or eligible for copyright protection, and we do not promise exclusivity or ownership of generated content.
The site design, text, software, graphics, and branding are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, resell, scrape, or redistribute substantial parts of the service without permission.
We may update, limit, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We try to keep the site reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
We may limit, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to prevent abuse or fraud, protect the service, investigate security concerns, enforce these terms, or comply with law. Data is handled under the retention practices described in the Privacy Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Live Face Swap will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site, reference images, live video, recordings, generated effects, or related content.
